This is curbside delivery. Please make sure you have made arrangements in advance to have someone help you bring any heavy or oversized items into your office.
All equipments are shipped fully insured.
It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them. You must check the outside of the boxes really well for any signs of external damage. If you notice any damage, please ask the driver for more time so you can remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage.
If you notice your product is damaged or if the package appears to be damaged, call our office immediately for instructions
or refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Contact us immediately!!!
After a customer signs for the merchandise they are responsible for filing all claims with the carrier. MultiCopiers cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once a common carrier delivery is signed for. A
ll damage claims MUST be made in writing
within 48 hours of receipt.
If the shipment is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the Freight Company if signed and received in good condition. We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the equipment arrives damaged and or the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the equipment upon availability or the parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have to contact us immediately.
