Vintage Precise Thunderbolt Tricycle Farmington Michigan

Precise Mfg Co Thunderbolt Tricycle.
I have searched the internet but can't find anything on this tricycle or the company that made it.  It is approx 27 1/2" to the top of the handle bar, front wheel is 15" and the back wheels 8 1/2".  The front badge says, "Precise 19 223,  Precise Mfg Co, Farmington, Michigan USA. THUNDERBOLT". I love the curved front fender.  "The rear deck (the backbone of all high-performance tricycles) could handle scooter-style riding or carrying extra passengers with ease".
I am really trying to describe anything I see as I don't accept returns. The original seat is in place but a bit worn, one back hubcap is missing, the front tire is solid and has a wear line through the middle, still sturdy and on pedal shaft needs to be tighten.  The handlebars are pitted, overall paint loss, some minor surface rust and one spoke on front wheel is unhooked but there.
