The Box says Pomeroy's, which was a department store in the Harrisburg, Reading, Pottsville, Wilkes-Barre PA area. See pictures for condition of Box.
The Receipt tells you who bought the hat and the street they lived on. *Very Cool!!!

The style could be considered Turban, Juliette, Cap, a Close-Fitting Cap Hat
The Hat Color is Beige and it's a smooth material like maybe Polyester?
This is a gorgeous hat that features a big Side Bow, a pristine Rhinestone Brooch, a darker beige Veil (I see one small tear in the veil in the front - see pictures)
