.This is a hollow made to exact size beam that is almost indistinguishable from a solid wood beam .We will build a beam to any size up to 8 1/2 deep by up to 5 1/2 thick or smaller by the length range you select for the price listed above .Deeper and thicker mantels are available at additional cost, please use contact seller link for larger size quotes or special order requests. We have a standard stain we use to finish the mantels shown in first 3 photos but we can stain any of the 33 colors in minwax color chart above upon request at no additional cost as well .

We can also ship unfinished if you prefer to finish on site as well . We use solid 1 inch thick walnut rough cut boards to assemble and carefully sand to retain natural blemishes and rustic appearance of the wood .The finish is hand rubbed to bring out all the distinct grain qualities and character of the wood and finished off with several coats of satin polyurethane for a lifetime of maintenance free use .No fastening hardware is included you are getting just the beam as shown .These are fairly simple to install I have included a photo of basic installation instructions.
