As found gently cleaned condition.  Original paint with age related patina.  Play and storage wear.  Scratches,  paint losses, possible discoloration and other imperfections.  Original wood handle is present.  Rubber tires and metal hubs appear original.  Wheels are secure and rotate freely.  Front wheels turn/pivot when handle shaft placed in correct area in axle slot.  Shaft needs securing at axle to be fully functional.
