This High quality Grand entry façade was d
esigned in sections (
pieces) that are made from a very strong type of precast stone (GFRC) material. This GFRC material is a hybrid cast stone that utilizes stainless steel reinforcement and fiberglass netting imbedded in the concrete material.
It is very strong and light weight.
It weighs 50% less than normal precast and is 3 times stronger!
The GRFC has stainless steel tabs that are built into the material for securing to the wall.
This main entry façade structure consist of about 65 individual cast stone parts that must be assembled (some cutting and fitting is necessary).
The façade has 2 layers that can be used.
The outer layer is shown in the pictures, and then there is an inner layer that surrounds the actual door (this inner layer is also included in the auction-does not need to be used).
The wood structure is shown in the pictures with this auction for visual purposes.
CAD Drawings of the GFRC Facade will be provided for ease of installation.
This cast stone (GFRC) is a cream color and can be used just as it is, or concrete stain can be applied as a faux finish.
Measurements: 212” (17’8”) tall x 155” wide. Height can be modified.
Projection:
10” (or optionally 20”). The façade can set flat against the structure or it can set off the surface of the structure (we have panels available for this purpose).
SPECIAL NOTE:  The size of the shipping crate will need to be determined after all parts are collected.  It is estimated that it will require a crate 48" x 48" x 96". However, it might be better to make tow (2) crates that are smaller.
