Foxcraft Chevrolet 1959 Impala Fender Skirt Scuff Pads SP-17 READ!

Due to COVID I have had to increase my shipping lead time to 10 days after receipt of payment.  Higher than normal packages coming up "missing/it was not delivered/someone stole if from my mail box",  I am having to institute a signature requirement (.70 ebay charges) for deliveries in excess of 0.00 and above.  I'm sorry if this is inconvenient but I sell NOS parts that I cannot replace if "lost/stolen".  If this is an issue for you, I would recommend not bidding.  Thanks for understanding.
Ebay has a policy that if I sell an overseas buyer or if an overseas buyer buys, even if I ship the part to U.S. address, they charge me, the seller, "currency conversion fee".  This is total BS as the buyer should be paying this charge.  I will not sell anymore to non-U.S. buyers and you can thank Ebay and their "fees" for it.
You are bidding on ONLY ONE PAIR but I have two sets of New original pair of Foxcraft Scuff Pads for  Chevrolet 1959 all models of car.  Chevrolet did not offer skirts or associated scuff pads for this year hence I list them as "new" and not "NOS".  These scuff pads will only fit the Foxcraft manufactured flush mount skirts!  They will not work or cruiser skirts or other manufacturer's skirts.  I have two boxes of these.  One box the scuff pads are stamped SP-17 and the other box the scuff pads are not stamped but both sets are otherwise identical and include an unopened package which I assume is the Foxcraft provided attaching pieces for these scuff pads.
Ebay is now collecting buyer's state sales tax and adding it on the total auction costs!
