Our fireplace mantels and mantel shelves are built using Pennsylvania hardwood. We primarily use red oak, cherry, poplar and maple but also stock a wide variety of exotics.
Mantels can be built to ANY SIZE you need. We do not use pine or MDF in any of our products.

Our mantel shelves are shipped sanded ready to accept your stain or paint of choice. Stain your new mantel in minutes with Watco Danish Oil or Minwax from Lowes or Home Depot.
Simple installation in minutes with included interlocking cleat. Instructions and hardware provided, only need a screwdriver.
* UPDATE * We have a local paint shop that offers white semi-gloss only, up to 48" and up to 78". Adds 10-14 days to delivery for proper curing before wrapping for shipment.
Fireplace mantels and shelves are available standard in 5-1/2", 7-1/4" or 9-1/4" deep ( projection from wall ) and 4-1/4" high shelf in oak or poplar. Simply choose your length, depth and species ( oak best if staining, poplar best if painting )
There is a 5-1/2" difference between top and bottom of mantel length. Listings are all top measurements. If you need the bottom to be a particular length, we can do that.
