    This is the very First Uncirculated Silver Eagle coin with the Landing Eagle Reverse design.  In numismatics it is commonly called the Burnished or special finish Silver Eagle and my have seen it listed with all three descriptions.
    This coin graded by NGC perfect MS70 with a Flagcore holder to preserve its beautiful luster.
    The Burnished Silver Eagle was first introduced in 2006 for the 20th Anniversary, and has been made every year since except 2009 and 2010.  The planchet is rolled in a drum filled with countless tiny balls and hand-fed into a specially adapted coining press one at a time.  Where the coin is struck only once.
