An absolutely gorgeous 1838 50c Seated Liberty half dollar style pattern graded PR 64+ by PCGS that has been accompanied with a CAC sticker. This stunning coin has been notated as the Judd 79 A pattern. It is flawless for the grade and was previous certified by a different major grading service as two points higher than its' current grade. This amazing coin has the seated liberty on the obverse along with 13 stars and a buzzard looking eagle on the reverse. The slabbed photos show best on how the coin looks when looking straight on but when tilted in the light it looks like the close-up images provided. This amazing coin has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label holder.
This scarce pattern coin is one that seldom comes available on the market in any grade level. We believe that less than 10 of these exist in all grades based on the research we have done. It is the only one graded PR 64+ by PCGS.
